All orders are placed and paid for securely through Shopify Payments.

2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
After your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.
3. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the region and the selected shipping method:

Standard shipping: 2 to 10 business days;
International shipping: 7 to 21 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods, holidays, or for reasons beyond the store's control.

4. Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when placing an order and depend on:

Delivery region;
the weight and dimensions of the item;
the selected shipping method.

Free shipping may be available for some orders when the purchase amount reaches a certain amount.

5. International Shipping

For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for:

6. Inspecting the order upon receipt

We recommend inspecting the goods upon receipt.

If the packaging is damaged or there are signs of damage to the product:

7. Errors in the shipping address

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping information provided.

If the order was shipped to an incorrect address, reshipping will be at the buyer's expense.
